Should you wish to sign up for the bus, music, or horse-riding, and complete your child’s medical questionnaire please do so using the relevant links below:

If the required notice is not given, a term’s fees in lieu of notice will be payable and charged to the scholar’s account. Should you wish to give notice for any of the below, please complete the relevant online form:
