By completing this form you are booking your child a seat on your requested bus route and agree to the charges thereof as well as the conditions below:

• Fees are payable per seat and per bus booked.
• The stipulated bus fee for boarders is for use of the bus on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons only.
• Should a parent require a child to arrive on one bus and depart on a different bus, this will require two seats to be booked and paid for.  
• Transport fees will be billed in conjunction with school fees annually, termly, or monthly, as selected by you, and payable in accordance with the parent contract of enrolment.
• A term’s notice for cancellation is required.
• Non-bus users may only use a bus, provided a bus pass form (available on the website) has been completed.
• A child’s seat on the bus could be withdrawn should he/she misbehave or not adhere to acceptable standards of behaviour.

BUS ROUTES AVAILABLE FOR SELECTION  Please note: The Early Foundation Phase Bus to Fernglen, the Mentors Kraal stop on the Early St Francis Bay Bus route (Mon-Thu), and the Friday Early St Francis Bay Bus is only for Pre-Primary and Prep (Gr 1-3) pupils.
