Welcome! Please read the "How to Apply" information carefully for the application process to be seamless. For ease of completion ensure you have all the required documents ready in the required format and, it is best not to complete the application on a cellular phone.

There are no opening and closing dates for applications. Applications are welcomed throughout the year (subject to availability).

BEFORE YOU START YOUR APPLICATION, PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION, PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE IN THE REQUIRED DIGITAL FORMAT AS THEY WILL BE UPLOADED DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

Please name your scanned documents appropriately e.g. Birth Certificate, Parent ID, School Report, etc.

Please note: An incomplete application will not be processed.

A recent head & shoulders ID/Passport photograph of your child (JPEG not to exceed 200kb) (Mandatory)
A Certified copy of the child's birth certificate or identity document (PDF) (Mandatory)
A certified copy of the child's passport – for foreign nationals (PDF)
Copy of latest school report from the scholar's present school (PDF) (Mandatory if transferring from another school)
A copy of any professional report, Educational Psychologist, OT, speech therapy or other assessment reports (if relevant) (PDF)
Certified copy of an identity document for each parent and/or guardian (PDF) (Mandatory)
A copy of the front and back of the medical aid card, including a copy of the primary member's identity document (all on one PDF)
Proof of payment of administration fee (PDF) (Mandatory)
Copy of your school fee account for the last six months (as one PDF) (Mandatory)
Most recent payslips (x 3 as one PDF) (Mandatory)
A copy of your latest Income Tax Assessment / IRP5 (PDF) (Mandatory)

DECLARATION FROM CURRENT SCHOOL

Please download the relevant declaration form and ask your child's current school to complete it and return it directly to us. Your application will only be processed and an interview arranged following receipt of this.

FOR FOREIGN SCHOLARS:

A copy of their international students' medical aid certificate that will cover them in South Africa; alternatively apply for Momentum Medical Insurance and provide confirmation of medical insurance prior to enrolment at the school (download application form)
A copy of their valid study visa prior to enrolment (Mandatory)

WHAT'S NEXT?

FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM WITH MANDATORY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

A credit check and financial clearance will be conducted which includes a credit check at your previous school
Your current school will provide us with the completed declaration form. On receipt of this, your application will be processed.

If the above requirements are met, the next steps will follow:

Should you have not met the headmaster before and viewed the campus, an interview and tour - either on-campus or virtual, depending on your location, will be scheduled.
All Grade 1 to 7 applicants will be required to do an assessment-level test
If the above criteria have been met and your application is successful, you will receive a letter of acceptance offering your child a place at the school which will detail the enrolment fee payable (these terms and conditions are available in the Fees Schedule document).
Your final acceptance is subject to receipt of the proof of payment of the enrolment fee and signed parent contract. These will be emailed to melanie.darlow@woodridge.co.za
Upon receipt of the enrolment fee and the returned signed enrolment contract, your application process will be complete.
