Notice to withdraw from horse riding and/or livery

A term's notice is required if your son or daughter will discontinue their horse riding lessons and/or livery.  If the required notice is not given, a term's fees in lieu of notice will be payable and charged to the scholar's account.

By completing this form you are terminating your son or daughter's horse riding lessons and/or livery agreement.
