From the Headmaster's Desk - 20 June 2024

Dear parents, at midday today, you could almost hear the sigh of relief, as the last examination session ended. The School has been so quiet for the past two and a half weeks, whilst everyone has put their heads down and ‘hit the books’, in an attempt to glean as much knowledge as possible. The examination rhythm seems to be very calm from the outside, yet it is incredibly stressful for the students.

Dear parents, in Monday morning’s assembly, I spoke to the School about Africa Day, which was celebrated this past Saturday the 25th of May. I spoke to the fact that Africa Day is an important milestone, where all Africans come together to celebrate our rich and diverse heritage and commemorate the founding of the African Union in 2002, as a successor to the OAU established in 1963. This day reminds all Africans of our shared history, our collective struggles, and our endless potential.
