Dear Parents

Our recent Heritage Day celebration was a resounding success. The sight of our pupils dressed in a variety of traditional attire, representing their diverse cultural backgrounds, was truly inspiring. This event not only showcased our school's rich diversity but also reinforced our commitment to inclusivity and respect for all cultures. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all families for their support in making this day so special. 

On the Heritage Day public holiday, the college and prep staff participated in a Transformation and Diversity workshop. We were fortunate to have Onke Mazibuko, the Head of Transformation and Diversity at Kingsmead College in Johannesburg, with us to facilitate the session. This workshop focused on belonging and inclusion, guiding us as we continue to build a school community where everyone feels valued and respected. Our transformation and diversity committee comprising staff, parents, and pupils will in the coming weeks be distributing a survey to help map our path forward. I strongly encourage all parents to participate in this survey as your input is invaluable in shaping the future of our school.
