SPORT IS FOR THE PUPILS
Matches are about learning, growth, and enjoyment. Progress takes time, and patience is essential, particularly with younger players.
POSITIVE SIDELINE BEHAVIOUR
Support players positively and enthusiastically. No coaching from the sidelines. Abusive language, criticism, or intimidation will not be tolerated. Let them play.
RESPECT OFFICIALS & COACHES
Match officials’ decisions are final. Woodridge coaches are trained and trusted. Concerns must be raised respectfully and privately.
PLAYERS EXPECTATIONS
Players compete with pride, discipline, respect, humility in victory, and dignity in defeat.
