Dear Parents

My hope is that you have settled into the ebb and flow of the new term. It has been so good to see our children diving into the demands of another exciting and challenging winter term. The second term is all about finding a rhythm. Finding this rhythm in a demanding academic term is essential, as it brings structure, focus, and balance to the school experience. Establishing consistent routines—such as setting study times, planning ahead for assessments, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance—helps reduce stress and improve productivity. A steady rhythm allows students to build momentum in their learning, stay on top of responsibilities, and engage more meaningfully with both academic and extracurricular activities. It also fosters a sense of control and confidence, enabling learners to meet challenges with resilience and purpose as the term progresses.

I would like to take a moment to reflect on the vital role that sport plays in the holistic development of our students. Sport is compulsory in our College – not because we are just trying to fill numbers, but it brings so much more to the table in developing young people.
