Boys’ Boarding

Kohler

Kohler is situated very close to the school and consists of log cabin-styled dormitories that sleep six to eight boys per dorm. The residence offers a common room where the boys have access to DSTV and various games such as pool, darts and table tennis. They also offer a basic gym facility that helps the boys prepare for the rigours of sport. Frequent braais are enjoyed by the Kohler boys who have the added advantage of easy access to the astro turf, swimming pools and rugby fields.

Matopos

Matopos is a ten minute walk, along the boardwalk, to and from school and consists of two sections, Disa and Erica. It offers a picturesque setting overlooking a section of the Van Staden’s River on one side and the Van Staden’s bridge on the other. The boys in Grades eight, nine and ten live comfortably in four-sleeper rooms, Grade elevens in two-sleeper rooms and the Grade twelves have the privilege of their own room. While the boys are kept very busy at school during the week, they do get to enjoy informal interaction at braais as well as in the common room where they have access to DSTV and various games such as pool, darts and table tennis. The residence also offers a basic gym facility that helps the boys prepare for the rigours of sport.
